Land rights and the rights of participating in village governance are the most important rights and interests of rural women. In the context of the widespread lack of rural women's land rights and the marginalization of village governance, starting from women's land rights and interests, studying the impact of land rights on women's participation in village governance has sufficient theoretical and practical significanceWomen's land rights are divided into homestead rights, contracted land rights and village collective dividend rights.Women's village governance participation includes power participation and democratic participation.Among them, power participation refers to rural women's positions in the village power structure.Democratic participation refers to women's right to vote,to be elected,to make suggestions, and to gain political knowledge and talk about politics.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it is concluded that the rural women's land rights have a significant impact on the form of democratic participation, such as the right to vote, the right to make suggestions and the behaviour of gaining political knowledge and talking about politics, and have no influence on women's participation in power and the right to vote in Among the rural land rights'factors, the "influence" of homestead rights is the largest which only have an impact on women's right to voteFinally, based on the research conclusions drawn from the data analysis, this paper extracts the research findings and makes research and thinking. In the realistic background of the widespread lack of women's land rights, some suggestions for how to further guarantee women's participation in and participation in village governance are discussed.
