The Intervention Of Case Work In The Bad Family Relationship Of Community Drug Addicts

In recent years,the number of drug addicts in our country is increasing year by year.In the face of this grim situation,the public security departments have been increasingly cracking down on and supervising drug addicts.Drug addicts will be forced to detox for two years under the supervision of the public security departments,and then complete the community rehabilitation for three years.But even so,there are still a large number of addicts who have not succeeded in breaking the habit.Among the many reasons leading to the failure of drug addiction treatment,the adverse family relationship of drug addicts has a particularly obvious impact.On the other hand,bad family relations,in turn,will affect the community rehabilitation effect of drug addicts,and to a large extent become the main obstacle for drug addicts to completely get rid of addiction and return to their families and society.Since family is the main environment for the rehabilitation of drug addicts in the community,and family relationship is significantly related to the effect of the rehabilitation of drug addicts in the community,it is necessary to start from family,improve the bad family relationship of drug addicts in the community,and rebuild a safe and accepting family environment for the rehabilitation of drug addicts in the community.In this practice process,the author will improve a community drug addicts bad family relations as a service goal.Unstructured interview and participatory observation were used to analyze and evaluate problems and needs,and supported by label theory,structured family therapy theory and family system theory,professional methods and skills of case social work were used to intervene in the adverse family relationships of community drug addicts.In terms of specific service implementation,the author worked out corresponding service objectives and plans together with service objects,and divided the process of social workers' involvement into four stages.The first stage: through emotional counseling and linking community resources to help service objects change their self-cognition and promote their personal development,so that the service objects can get rid of their dependence on drugs both physically and mentally.The second stage: using the structural family therapy mode to intervene in the service object's bad family relations.First,understand the problems between the service object and his wife,and analyze the causes of these problems together with the service object;Then help clients improve their relationships.The third stage: the simulation,focus and other skills in the structural family therapy mode were used to intervene between the service object and the son.Improve their parent-child relationship,ease the family internal contradictions,maintain the stability of family relations.Stage 4: consolidate family relationships and restore family support.Finally,through the intervention of case work,we successfully helped the community drug addicts to improve family relations and promote the harmonious development of the family.Thus reduced the relapse rate of drug addicts.
