Practical Research On The Construction Of Social Support Network For Community Drug Abusers

With the promulgation of the "Anti-Drug Law" and the "Detoxification Regulations",China has clearly defined community drug abuse as the main front for drug rehabilitation.Since then,the state has introduced relevant policies to encourage social work to be involved in the field of community drug rehabilitation.The social support is conducive to addicts' addiction,but the social support network construction service has not yet attracted enough attention to the social security work.The study of social support network construction services for social security personnel is of great significance for enriching the research content of anti-drug social work.This paper takes the “2+20” project in Guangzhou B area as the research object,and takes the social support theory as the guidance.This paper summarizes and analyses the construction services of individual network,self-help group network and community network of social security guards by using the methods of participation observation,unstructured interview and secondary analysis in literature research.In view of the main difficulties existing in the service,this paper puts forward countermeasures improving the effectiveness of social support network construction service.The study found: First,in the social support network to construct the main content of services,the use of cognitive therapy and structural family therapy to change the perception of social security personnel and network members,repair family relationships,can repair personal networks;through the development of multiple peer groups and companion companion anti-drug The volunteer team can build a network of peer self-help groups;it can improve the community network by assisting social security personnel to obtain formal community support,linking community organizations and volunteers to provide visiting services for social security personnel.Secondly,in terms of the effectiveness of social support network construction service,the rehabilitation of personal network strengthens the motivation and confidence of social rehabilitation personnel,the construction of self-help group network effectively reduces the relapse rate of social rehabilitation personnel,and the improvement of community network makes social rehabilitation personnel feel the acceptance and care of the community.Thirdly,in terms of the main dilemma and Countermeasures of social support network construction service,the enthusiasm of social security personnel to participate in services is not high,the willingness of families to provide support for social security personnel needs to be improved,the risk of cross-infection of peer groups is high,the ability of social rehabilitation personnel to use formal community support needs to be strengthened,the difficulty of informal community support construction,and the anti-drug social worker lacks of experience in service.Some countermeasures are put forward,such as enhancing the function of personal network,avoiding the risk of cross-infection among peer groups,strengthening formal and informal community support,and improving the professional service quality of anti-drug social workers.
