Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Community Detoxification In Shenzhen Special Economic Zone

This thesis takes the Shenzhen Community Detoxification system as the research target.Based on the research of other scholars,the drug abusers,community volunteers and anti-drug police in the Community Detoxification in Shenzhen as the respondent,exploring and analyzing the current situation and dilemma of community detoxification in Shenzhen,And put forward targeted analytical solutions based on characteristics of regional development in Shenzhen on drug rehabilitation.This paper begins with the concept and working mode of community detoxification,First of all,explain the connotation of community detoxification,and then the purpose,the characteristics and the advantage and the disadvantage.through this to make Community Detoxification system have a more complete presentation.Second,introduce Community Drug Rehabilitation Center,and the basic characteristics of community drug abusers,the community drug addiction workers' understanding of community drug abuse,the community drug rehabilitation agency model,authority of community drug treatment leading group,etc.Based on the above research to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of the community drug rehabilitation work and work mode in Shenzhen.After writing the in-depth investigation and understanding of the basic situation of detoxification in the Shenzhen community,the author believed that there are detoxification,anti-drug police,and community drug abusers(workers)in the community detoxification work in Shenzhen,Their emphasis and understanding of the system is not high,the government's resources and financial support in the community's drug rehabilitation are insufficient.These problems is also related to the lag in the laws and regulations of the community in Shenzhen.Therefore,based on these problems and major obstacles in the community drug rehabilitation work in Shenzhen,the author puts forward some ideal to help shenzhen resolve these issues,and to improve the Community Detoxification system,Mainly contains four points:First,build a good public opinion foundation;The second is to improve the laws and regulations of the community drug rehabilitation system;The third is to strengthen the management and guarantee mechanism of the community drug rehabilitation system;The fourth is to comprehensively apply social work methods.In general,This paper analyzes the real problems encountered in the practice of drug rehabilitation in Shenzhen community.Fully affirm the advantages of "Volunteer work together with Social worker" in the community drug rehabilitation system in Shenzhen and its positive significance for community drug rehabilitation work.At the same time,it also puts forward some targeted suggestions on the problems encountered at the institutional,the legal,and the cognitive of the public.Hope to to contribute to the community drug rehabilitation work in Shenzhen,and bring substantial help to the rehabilitation of community drug abusers and the elimination of drug addiction.
