Research On The Construction Of The System Of Prevention And Education For Juvenile Crime

Because of the characteristics of physical and mental development,minors have poor ability to distinguish right from wrong,and their willpower is not firm enough,and they are prone to impulse to embark on illegal and criminal paths.Therefore,how to strengthen prevention and education responsibilities for minors who are concerned with the country's future is of great responsibility.With the enactment and implementation of the revised Criminal Procedure Law,the research on the crime of minors has once again been raised to a new height.In the Decision on Further Strengthening Juvenile Criminal Procurator Work,the Supreme Prosecutor formally put forward the concept of establishing a"system of socialized help and education for minors in crime prevention",and suggested that when handling juvenile crimes,it should not only pay attention to the punishment and punishment of criminal acts.What is more important is to effectively correct the behavior of minors involved in crimes,and help them to return to society smoothly through a series of remedial measures,killing the possibility of re-entering the criminal road.At present,there is a shortage of social resources and a lack of specialized social support for the prevention and education of minors.Therefore,in order to help the juveniles involved in crimes to correct them effectively,it is necessary not only for the public,prosecution,and legal and administrative departments to cooperate closely,but also for all government departments to strengthen coordination.Families and schools provide strong support,actively mobilize social forces,actively involve social professional services,effectively correct the behavior of the perpetrators,and create various favorable conditions for the smooth return of minors.Based on the experience of the procurator work,the author discusses the feasibility and necessity of constructing a socialized crime prevention and education system for minors,draws on the relevant experience of foreign countries,analyzes the shortcomings of the current situation in China and the situation of the uninspected work of the procurator organs in zhangzhou,and puts forward several construction ideas.
