The rural reform has opened the prelude of China's reform and opening-up. After more than 20 years of development, China's rural appearance has changed greatly. But while developing rapidly in economy, the ecological environment of the rural is in fast deterioration, a great deal of existing non-constant factors has even already threatened the sustainable development of the rural seriously while developing the rural. Circular economic offered new theory paradigm for sustainable development, pointed out the direction for the sustainable development of the rural of China at the same time. This paper introduces the circulation economic theory into rural development, explores the rural sustainable development model of china rural. The first part of the article is a theory review, introduces briefly the background and historical course of the sustainable development thought and circulation economic theory, and briefly explains the basic theories of sustainable development, basic content of circulation economic theory and the practice of domestic and international circular economic. The second part of the article analyses the non-constant factors existing in rural development from three respects of agriculture, township enterprise and peasant's life style, and analyzed the profound reason to the existence of these non-constant factors, and put forward the necessity of pursuing circular economic in the rural on this basis. The third part of the article has carried on certain discussion to the rural sustainable development model which faced circular economic, put forward and pursue the mode that circular economic should be chosen on agriculture, township enterprise and peasant's life style aspect separately in the form of case analysis, finally combining rural reality, proposes some measures to pursue circular economic.
