Government WeChat is a new government platform after the emergence of government micro-blog.It plays an increasingly important role in making government information public,resolving social contradictions and appeasing public opinion on the Internet.The development of WeChat,which is related to the transformation of Party and government line and working style,is an important manifestation of the central government's advocacy of "Internet + government affairs".Relying on the interactivity and sharing of Internet information technology in the background of the times,realizing cross-sectoral,cross-regional,cross-level sharing of government information is an important feature of government WeChat.In the first and second-tier cities in China,grass-roots government WeChat construction and operation management has been relatively mature,but in other grass-roots areas,especially in township governments and below,limited by financial,human and material resources,the construction of government WeChat is still in the exploratory stage,development and construction still faces many bottlenecks to be broken.Grass-roots government is a formal institution with state power at the grass-roots level,and it is the most intuitive manifestation of the will of the party and the state to the people.The township government directly faces the public's demands in many aspects,multi-level and diversification.It is imminent to attach importance to the construction and growth of grass-roots township government Weixin.Based on many years of practical work experience and theoretical knowledge in Tai'an Township,the author synthetically adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and data analysis,and selects two representative government Weixin Town X and Y for comparative analysis.Through the investigation and analysis,we understand and compare the political background,social environment and operation and management of the two towns' government micro-letters,and conclude that the contents of the two towns' government micro-letters mainly include five categories: government dynamics,public opinion guidance,good people and good deeds,local culture and activities propaganda,and analyze the actual effect of each type of article in detail.It is found that there are some problems in Weixin,such as insufficient attention,inadequate promotion,inadequate human and financial resources and lack of evaluation mechanism.Because this article is based on the township government level,so the content of the discussion are specific and feasible,close to reality,hoping to provide ideas for such departments as X town and Y town,and provide reference for the operation and development of government Weixin.
