A Comparative Study Of Government's Mircoblog And WeChat From The Perspective Of Government Information Publicity

With the development of the Internet and the widespread use of intelligent mobile devices,the resulting social new media has changed people's information exchange habits,play an important role in social information life.In recent years,the Government attaches great importance to the application of Microblog and WeChat,the two platforms have become the new channels of government information disclosure.The Government has also invested a lot of resources for government management and operation of government's Mircoblog and WeChat,and chose to open more government information resources through two platforms.The government's Mircoblog and WeChat are the application of the new media products,but the two platforms have their own characteristics and rules of information dissemination.The comparative analysis of the differences between the two government's platforms will help us operate the government's Mircoblog and WeChat more effectively,form the cross-platform information disclosure force.This paper constructs a comparative analysis framework based on the elements of government information disclosure,and makes a comparative study of the government's Mircoblog and WeChat from the mode of information disclosure,content of information disclosure and effect of information disclosure systematically.In the study of the information disclosure mode,the author analyzes the main body,the open channel,the public audience and the public way,and summarizes the difference of the dual mode of information disclosure.In this paper,it is pointed out that the naming scheme of account the government's Mircoblog and WeChat are not uniform and the main body of operation is not clear.By comparing the basic functions?main structure and form of the government's Mircoblog and WeChat,we summarize the way of information disclosure.It also points out the relation and difference between the government's Mircoblog and WeChat in government information disclosure.In the study of the contents of the information disclosure,we take the information published by the government's Mircoblog and WeChat as the research object.The information samples collected from the three dimensions are studied in depth:the form of expression,the content subject and the emotional tendency.Through using by the network analysis,correlation analysis?multiple variance analysis and other mathematical analysis methods found that government departments in the government's Mircoblog and WeChat on the information disclosure style has significant differences,there are a little parts of government departments in the "partial platform" situation.The number of government dual micro-platform images has little effect on interaction.By using the method of text analysis and social network analysis,taking Shanghai publish and Beijing peace as two examples,the author compares the thematic differences between the dual information content of the government's Mircoblog and WeChat.On this basis,the emotional analysis method is used to analyze the emotional difference between the government's Mircoblog and WeChat.Breaking the government dual micro-platform restrictions,around the communication force,the guiding force to build a government information disclosure effect evaluation index system,use AHP and gray correlation method to evaluate the departments which both have Mircoblog and WeChat.This evaluation index system provides a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the information disclosure by the government's Mircoblog and WeChat.According to the existing research,it points out the problems existing in the construction and operation of government affairs,and puts forward four aspects,such as clarifying the relationship between government and government,standardizing the management of the government's Mircoblog and WeChat,opening the data of the government's Mircoblog and WeChat and giving some suggestions on mutual improvement of the government's Mircoblog and WeChat.
