Fujian Women's Ploughing Mountain Team From The Perspective Of Social Mobilization(1958-1965)

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,women who account for half of the population have been walking side by side with the party.The Chinese Communist Party also attaches importance to giving full play to the dynamic role of women and bringing them into the orbit of the new democratic revolution through extensive social mobilization.After the founding of People's Republic of China,the potential labor force of women was further excavated,and the liberation of women was more closely linked to the party's cause.At the end of the 50s,the women's ploughing team,which was the main task of opening up the mountains on the mountain,came into being because of the physiological characteristics of women and the development needs of the country.Under the extensive social mobilization of the Communist Party of China,the women of Fujian generally contribute to the socialist construction by participating in the women's ploughing mountain team.The Fujian women's ploughing mountain team has become the symbolic female image of the working women in China in the specific era.It is an unusual chapter in the history of women in New China.Based on the perspective of social mobilization,the Fujian women's ploughing mountain team has been studied in this paper,highlighting the role of social mobilization in the derivation and evolution of Fujian women's ploughing mountain team,exploring the social mobilization of the Communist Party of China and the organizations at all levels under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party under a good operating environment,further explaining the mode of operation,the analysis of the characteristics of mobilization,and thinking of the social mobilization of the Fujian women's ploughing mountain team,so as to provide a useful reference for the innovation of the social mobilization pattern in the new situation.
