Research On Xi Jinping's Labor Concept In The New Era

Labor creates human and human society,it is the cornerstone of human civilization.The importance of labor runs through the process of our socialist construction.At present,China is in a crucial period of reform and opening-up.With the advance of comprehensively deepening reform and the complex world situation,we are facing new situations,new problems,new opportunities and new challenges.In the new era,xi stressed the importance of labor in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),Xi Jinping has delivered several important speeches on May Day,focusing on his views on labor.He pointed out that the Chinese people have created a great nation through hard work,which has contributed to the 5,000 years of glorious history of the Chinese nation and will create a bright future for the Chinese nation in the future.Xi Jinping's labor concept for the new era is the enrichment of Marxist labor concept and the inheritance and development of the labor view of several generations of Chinese communists.Xi Jinping's labor concept in the new era is rooted in China's traditional culture and has grown and matured in China's social practice.This paper first sorts out the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's labor concept in the new era,and then introduces its formation background.The main body of this paper mainly discusses the labor concept of xi jinping in the new era from three aspects: first,the value implication of Xi Jinping's labor concept in the new era;second,the spirit of model worker in the new era;third,the construction of harmonious labor relations.At the end of this paper,the theoretical and practical significance of Xi Jinping's labor concept in the new era is expounded.
