A Study On The Mechanism Of “The Interaction Among The Community,social Organization,Social Workers And Community Volunteers” In Yuyang District

With the development of economy and society,the complexity of social problems,has been strengthened,and the residents' demands and requests have become diversified.The community is the basic unit of the urban society and the basic carrier of social governance.The development of the city can not be separated from the community.The community is a miniature version of the society,is a place where all kinds of contradictions converge,is a place where all kinds of people live,is also the place where all kinds of interests interweave.With the development of social organizations,social work methods and social workers appeared,the government began to explore new linkage mechanisms,how to play the role of these organizations,social workers and social work methods on the platform of the community,improving the ability of community governance is the main direction of social governance.Based on the Theories of Co-governance,Social Capital and Community Autonomy,this paper takes the "four-linkage” governance model in Yuyang District as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature study,individual interview and case study,in accordance with the logical sequence of raising the problem,analyzing problem and solving problem,this paper studies on the Mechanism of “The Interaction among the Community,Social workers,Social Organizations and Community Volunteers” in Yuyang District.The first part is an introduction.The second part includes the basic concept and basic theory.The third part analyzes the necessity and the feasibility of the“The Interaction among the Community,Social workers,Social Organizations and Community Volunteers” governance model in Yuyang District.The fourth part expounds the basic operating mechanism and the main practice of the governance model.The fifth part analyzes the problems and causes in the operation of the governance model in Yuyang District,it is found that there are three problems,including the poor performance of the "four-association",the imbalance in the development of the "four-association" and the insufficient participation of community residents,the main reasons are as follows:the idea and the goal of the "four-association" are not reach unanimity,the unclear scope of the power and responsibility of the "four-association",the imperfect linkage mechanism of the "four-association",the lack of the effective function of the "four-association" and the lack of social capital.The sixth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems,including reaching the consensus of the concept of "The Interaction among the Community,Social workers,Social Organizations and Community Volunteers",clearly defining the division of responsibilities of the "four-association",establishing the linkage mechanism,strengthening the the Community,Social workers,Social Organizations and Community Volunteers and building social capital,to increase the enthusiasm of community residents to participate.
