The process of reform and opening up in our country continues to accelerate and deepen,and the financial market is prospering.In particular,the rapid development of Internet technology in recent years,Internet technology has been introduced into the financial sector,the two are integrated with each other,and a brand-new Internet finance has emerged and flourished.However,due to the unique characteristics of digital technology and networking in Internet technology,the phenomenon of information asymmetry cannot be avoided.At the same time,the regulatory system and laws and regulations are still not perfect,leaving the Ponzi scheme in the name of Internet financial innovations an opportunity.In recent years,Ponzi scams,which are packaged under the MMM financial mutual aid platform,have developed rapidly and spread rapidly.Many low-threshold,low-risk,and high-yield products have rapidly developed many offline products,causing more and more investors to suffer losses.The academic community has conducted a detailed analysis of the new forms of Internet finance such as "crowdfunding" and "P2P" and its legal risks,but little research has been done on the MMM financial mutual aid platform with many fans.Therefore,in terms of research content,the dissertation analyzes the Ponzi scheme as an example of a MMM financial mutual assistance platform,and sorts out relevant cases of Ponzi schemes related to the nature of the Internet in recent years.Starting from the existing laws,regulations,and systems,it is controversial for the academic community.The MMM financial mutual assistance platform and platform discuss criminal issues involving crimes,and put forward certain opinions and suggestions on conviction and penalties.
