Ceremony is an activity and behavior that is carried out in accordance with the established cultural traditions and procedures.It has the characteristic of performance,repetition and symbolism.With the feature of collectivism and symbolism,the Young Pioneers’ceremonial education in primary school helps students to cultivate and enhance their group identification and personal identity,which also promotes the healthy growth of children.However,in the actual Young Pioneers’ ceremonial education,the Young Pioneers’ceremonial education is often covered or even replaced by schools’moral education;The Young pioneers’ ceremony is too politicized,formalized and simplistic;The Young Pioneers lack identity recognition and sense of group honor.As for probationary members who build the socialism and communism,the reconstruction of the Young Pioneers’ceremonial education is urgent and necessary.To be more specific,the early preparation includes the definition of related concepts,the collection and analysis of related documents and information.In order to fully understand the research situation of ceremonial education,firstly,the author collating documents that is connected with ceremonial education and published by domestic and foreign experts and scholars.Secondly,this paper demonstrates the necessity of implementing ceremonial education through different perspectives.Thirdly,the author clarifies those related concepts that are about ceremony,ceremonial education and the Young Pioneers’ ceremony,uses sociology,culture,and management as the theoretical foundation of the Young Pioneers’ ceremonial education to define the related concepts of the Young Pioneers’ ceremonial education and analyze the characteristics,types and functions of the Young Pioneers’ ceremonial education in primary school.On the basis of that,this paper takes Fuzhou T primary school as an example,it explores the problems and causes of the Young Pioneers’ceremonial education by making full use of research methods such as educational narration,observation,interview and case.Finally,it tries to put forward the ideas and measures of rebuilding the Young Pioneers’ ceremonial education.
