Ritual education,as a form and carrier of school education,plays an important role in strengthening the collective consciousness of young pioneers and influences the young pioneers' identity to the organization of young pioneers.In the new era,there are multiple situations such as simplification and absence of young pioneers in school ritual education.The research on the ritual education of young pioneers in the perspective of organizational identity is helpful to promote the improvement and perfection of the work of ritual education of young pioneers and to improve the effectiveness of the ritual education of the Young Pioneers and to provide feasible guidance for the Young Pioneers to carry out ideological education to the Young Pioneers.Based on the theory of organizational identity,this study focuses on the current situation of the youth pioneers' ritual education,by adopting the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview,studies deeply,finds out the problems,and puts forward the countermeasures.The study is divided into five chapters:The first chapter mainly expounds the background and significance of the study on the ritual education of the Young Pioneers in the perspective of organizational identity.It analyzes the status quo of the research on ritual education at home and abroad,and puts forward some feasible research ideas and innovations in the perspective,process and method of the research.The second chapter mainly describes the relationship between organizational identity and youth pioneers' ritual education from the definition of organizational identity and youth pioneers' ritual education and their logical relationship.The third chapter through the establishment of the Young Pioneers ritual education questionnaire,carries on the field investigation to understand the current situation and analysis the data to draw the conclusion of the study in the perspective of organizational identity:1.From the perspective of organizational identity,the level of general identity ofyoung pioneers' ritual education is high.Based on the analysis of four dimensions:perceptual identity,behavioral identity,emotional identity and activity identity,it is found that the young pioneers have higher scores in the four dimensions of ritual education.2.There is a significant difference in the general identity degree of ritual education by the young pioneers of different sexes.3.There are significant differences in the general identity degree of ritual education among the young pioneers in different grades.There are significant differences in perceptual identity,emotional identity and behavioral identity,but there is no significant difference in activity identity.4.The identity degree of the young pioneers in different positions to ritual education is at the level of “comparative symbol” and there are significant differences in the general identity degree of ritual education as well as the identity degree of ritual education in various dimensions.The fourth chapter through the questionnaire data analysis,at the same time to the young pioneers and counselors group interviews,found that the factors that affect the ritual education of young pioneers are the theme and content of the activity,the venue and layout of the activity,the symbolic symbols of the activity,the organizational forms of the activity,student autonomy and counselor guidance.At the same time,it is found that in the perspective of organizational identity,there are some problems in the ritual education of the young pioneers,such as the dullness of the ritual process,the simplicity of the ritual link,the singleness of the ritual activity,the insufficience of tutoring ability of counsellors in the perspective of organizational identity.According to the problems found,the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the ritual education of the youth pioneers.1.Strengthen the school ritual education and construct the young pioneers' perceptual identity to the young pioneers' organization;2.Adhere to the human-oriented value orientation of ritual education and strengthen the young pioneers' behavioral identity to the organization of the young pioneers;3.Creat a rutual atmosphere with a sense of participation,presence and belonging,and promote the young pioneers' emotional identity to the organization of the Young Pioneers;4.The evaluation of ritual process,the combination of guidance and autonomy,and the unity of content and form were carried out to promote the young pioneers' activity identity to the organization of the Young Pioneers.
