The Educational Function Of The Ceremony Of Young Pioneers

Ceremony as an important means of young pioneers' education,how to better play its educational function and value has been more and more concerned by the field of education and the majority of young pioneers in recent years.In the new era,with the rapid transformation of Chinese society and the impact of multi-cultural,the task of Building Morality and Cultivating People becomes more arduous.More than ever,the young pioneers need to take ritual education as an important path to cultivate generations of qualified builders and reliable successors who support the party's leadership and socialist system and are determined to fight for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics for life.How to give full play to the educational function of the ceremony of young pioneers has become an important issue.The main line of this study is“What is the educational function of the ceremony of the young pioneers?How to realize the educational function of the ceremony of the young pioneers in reality?How to give full play to the educational function of the ceremony of the young pioneers”.Through the combination of literature research and investigation research,this study systematically studies the educational function,theory and practice of the ceremony of the young pioneers in China.The research is mainly divided into six parts.In the first,the historical evolution of the ceremony of the young pioneers is combed to explore the historical origin of the educational function of the ceremony of the young pioneers.The research shows that the history of the ceremony of the young pioneers can be divided into three stages.The evolution process shows the ceremony of the young pioneers has always played its own unique function following the central task of the party and the county in different periods.With the change of history and the development of the times,the function of the young pioneers has also been expanding and evolving:the function of the ceremony has gradually changed from single to multiple,and the functional education can become the main function of the ceremony of the young pioneers has also been expanding and evolving,and the educational function can become the main function of the young pioneers' ceremony in the new era.The second part analyzes the educational function of the ceremony of the young pioneers in theory,and distinguishes the basic characteristics of the educational function of the ceremony of the young pioneers.First of all,this study analyzes the general function of the ceremony of the young pioneers on the basics of combing the existing theoretical research.On this basis,the educational pursuit of the ceremony of the young pioneers is promoted by the uniqueness of the young pioneers,so as to summarize the core of the young pioneers,in order to understand the reality of the realization of the function of the ritual education of the young pioneers.Through questionnaire survey,observation and interview on the implementation of ceremony education of young pioneers in two schools in Jinan City,the basic understanding and attitude of young pioneer's counselors and young pioneers towards the ceremony of young pioneers are understood.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems existing in the realization of the ritual education function of the young pioneers.Through further analysis of the survey data and materials,combined with the basic elements of ritual education,such as topics,agenda,etiquette,situation,ect.,it can be found that in practice,while the ceremony of young pioneers is becoming more mature and standardized in all aspects,various anomies still emerge in an endless stream,such as the weakening of the sense of ritual in ritual education,the complexity of the education content carried by the ceremony,and the young pioneers.The main position of the education content carried by the ceremony,and the young pioneers.The main position of the members is covered,which directly affects the effective play of the ritual education function of the young pioneers.The fifth part is the analysis of the factors that affect the full realization of the ritual education function of the young pioneers.Combined with the survey results and literature research,this study believes that many disadvantages of the ritual education of the young pioneers are mainly due to the vague orientation of the educational objectives of the ceremony,the desalination of the attributes of the organization of the young pioneers,themisunderstanding of children's ideas,the lack of certain educational consciousness of the counselors,and the lack of the organizational cultural atmosphere of the young pioneers.The sixth part,how to promote the full realization of ceremonial education function of young pioneers.According to the analysis of the problems and reasons in the practice of the young pioneers' ceremony,this study believes that we should improve the education of the young pioneer's ceremony through three ways:promoting the development of the connotation of the ceremony,strictly regulating the whole process of the ceremony,and implementing the organizational culture construction of the young pioneers,so as to better promote the full play of the function of the ceremony education of the young pioneers.
