The Application Research About New Media Of Young Pioneers

In the new era,with the application and maturity of information technology,new media based on Internet technology,digital network,WeChat,Weibo,etc.gradually entered the people's vision.The use of new media as a tool to promote education reform and development in various countries has become a development trend to accelerate the current process of education informatization in countries around the world.As an important part of school education,Young Pioneers Education plays an irreplaceable role in the leadership of students.The integration of new media into the Young Pioneers theme activities is a powerful carrier to promote the reform of the Young Pioneers and accelerate the informatization of the Young Pioneers.It is also the only way for the reform and development of the Young Pioneers.This paper starts with the existing research,and comprehensively uses various research methods such as literature method,questionnaire method and interview method.Firstly,it sorts out related research on new media in the application of Young Pioneers activities,based on relevant literature,and on this basis,new media and The Young Pioneers theme activities were outlined.After clarifying the concepts and characteristics of these,the advantages of applying new media to the Young Pioneers theme activities were analyzed.Secondly,It analyzes the limitations of traditional media in the application of the Young Pioneers theme activities.The differences between traditional media and new media in terms of form and communication mechanism,and further demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of applying new media to the Young Pioneers theme activities,laying the foundation for the next analysis;again,to improve the relevance of research The Shijiazhuang F primary school was selected for interviews and questionnaire surveys,and the application status of the new media in the theme of the Young Pioneers was analyzed.Through the interviews and the results of the questionnaire,we found the problems of the new media in the application of the Young Pioneers theme activities,including the lack of new media introduction concepts,the lack of new media use,the unsatisfactory effect of new media applications,and the urgent need for media literacy education.Combining the problems of the current new media in the applicationof the Young Pioneers theme activity,the reasons for the problems are summarized,namely:the counselor's media literacy is not high;the promotion and promotion work is not perfect;the new media is insufficiently invested in the Young Pioneers field;the new media is applied to the Young Pioneers theme.The activity policy system is not sound.Finally,from the problem,several suggestions are put forward: optimize the new media talent structure of the Young Pioneers;increase the input of the new media construction of the Young Pioneers;improve the relevant policy system;and then reflect on the practice that the new media should be used in the Young Pioneers theme activities.The road is: the integration of new media with traditional media,new media and the actual needs of young pioneers.This research is a preliminary exploration of the new media in the application of the Young Pioneers theme activities.There are still many shortcomings in the related research.I hope that through the question,I can provide some theoretical references for the research of the Young Pioneers theme activities in the context of new media,for the similar schools in the Young Pioneers.The introduction of new media in the construction can be used for reference.
