Research On The Status Quo Of Activities Of The Grassroots Young Pioneers And Optimization Strategie

The stage of compulsory education is a critical period for young people to develop good moral character and habits.Strengthening the ideological and moral education of children at this stage is conducive to the healthy growth of students' life.As the main position of educational activities,schools should not only shoulder the responsibility of imparting scientific knowledge,but also shoulder the responsibility of promoting the healthy development of students' physical and mental health.Young pioneers and young pioneers as the right-hand man in the compulsory education stage is the second classroom to carry out ideological and moral education and cultivate students'innovative spirit and practical skills.However,this study finds that there are still many problems in the activities of young pioneers in China,such as single content,lack of main body and lagging behind the professionalization of counselors.Become the core factor affecting the quality improvement of the young pioneers' activities.Therefore,from the two perspectives of counselors and young pioneers,this study investigates the status and effectiveness of young pioneers' activities,analyzes the problems existing in young pioneers' activities,and then puts forward strategies for optimizing young pioneers' work.This is of great significance to improve the quality of its activities and promote the healthy development of children and children.The content of this study can be divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction.This paper mainly discusses the research background and purpose of this paper,and introduces the research experience of predecessors in the young pioneers' work in the grass-roots level,and points out the research direction for this research.The second part first describes the history of the development of young pioneers and the organizational structure of young pioneers,then discusses the forms and goals of young pioneers in China,laying the foundation for the research of young pioneers'quality.The third part is the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire.We mainly use the questionnaire to study the problems in the activities of the young pioneers from two perspectives of the counselor and the young pioneers.The fourth part is the cause analysis.Based on the survey and data analysis,we study the reasons leading to the poor quality of young pioneers,and lay the foundation for the following countermeasures.The fifth part is the optimization strategy,from the young pioneers activity content,activity subjects,activities form,counselor team construction and young pioneers organization culture construction five aspects,puts forward the optimization of young pioneers activities.It is hoped that the research will promote the promotion of the quality of the activities of the grass-roots pioneers in China,and promote the success of the professional construction of the counselors of the young pioneers.
