| With the continuous development of society, the aging of our country’s population is becoming more and more serious.According to the data of "China Statistical Yearbook 2020",in 2019,the proportion of our country’s population aged65 and above will reach 12.6%.Compared with other regions,Shanghai has more serious aging and presents characteristics such as a wide range and a deep degree. To a certain extent, this reflects that the elderly in Shanghai have more demand for elderly care services. In response, the Shanghai Municipal Government is actively integrating technology with the elderly care industry, and is committed to the development of smart home care in the community. At the same time,in order to integrate various elderly care service resources, the Shanghai Municipal Government has created a smart elderly care service information platform at all levels, relying on the Internet and other high-tech information technologies to provide the elderly with smart home care services in the community. However,at present, smart home care in Shanghai communities are still in the initial stage of development, and there is still a gap with mature and complete community home smart home care services. In terms of smart home care services, they are also faced with limited service content and equipment, misalignment of supply and demand, and insufficient targeting of service targets. And other issues. One of the key reasons is the lack of demand orientation, and the discernment of the actual needs of the elderly. To this end, based on the service needs of the elderly, this article aims to build an optimized path for smart home care services in the community in Shanghai, and explores the actual needs of the elderly for smart home care services in the community,as well as the differences in service needs of different types of elderly people.Prioritize needs to provide relevant optimization suggestions for smart home care services in Shanghai communities. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly elaborates the research background and significance of this article, and grasps the current research status through a literature review at home and abroad, and at the same time clarifies the research methods, ideas, innovations and deficiencies. The second part defines the relevant concepts of the research object, and sorts out the three theoretical basis used in this article, namely Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, welfare pluralism, and Kano model. The third part mainly introduces the current development process and implementation status of smart home care in Shanghai communities, and provides a realistic basis for follow-up analysis. In the fourth part of the article,we selected G Street in Minhang District, which has a long pilot time for smart elderly care in the community and has rich operating experience, and Q Street in Fengxian District, which won the excellent case of Shanghai Smart Elderly Care. The basic conditions and services of the above two streets are selected. The object, service content, and service platform will be introduced in turn. The fifth part mainly focuses on the demand analysis of smart home care services in G and Q neighborhoods.First, based on the Kano model,it explores the analysis of the level and priority of service needs of the elderly from the perspective of the whole group. In order to avoid covering up the needs of specific elderly groups,we will further explore the needs and priorities of different types of elderly for community-based smart elderly care services. Therefore, the three dimensions of basic personal information of the elderly, family support, and awareness of smart home care in the community, and the intensity of demand are subjected to a multiple stepwise regression analysis, and the factors that are highly related to the intensity of demand are screened out and divided into different types. The indicators of the elderly, and then more in-depth grasp of the different types of elderly groups for the community home smart elderly care service level and priority.Based on the above empirical analysis, the following conclusions are obtained.First, from the perspective of the entire group, the elderly have weaker demand for smart home care services in the community.Second, from the perspective of the entire group, the elderly have the most urgent needs for medical care and safety and ambulance services.Third, from the perspective of the group,middle-aged and senior-aged people have higher willingness to demand services, and middle-aged and senior-aged people have different service needs.Fourth, the elderly with poor health and general expect more priority to receive medical care and safety ambulance services.Fifth, elderly people with awareness of smart home care in different communities have different service needs. The sixth part of the article mainly focuses on the service optimization path.Based on the above research conclusions, combined with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and welfare pluralism theory, the following five suggestions are put forward.First, strengthen the elderly’s awareness of smart home care in the community.Second, actively promote the provision of medical care and safety and ambulance services.Third, establish a dynamic needs assessment mechanism to provide the elderly with the services they really need.Fourth,to promote the wisdom of the smart elderly care service platform, and at the same time to improve the wisdom and ageability of service equipment.Fifth,it is necessary to actively establish a supervision and evaluation mechanism for smart home care in the community to ensure the effective provision of services. |
