Research On Window Management And Service Optimization Of Administrative Service Hall In Q Province

The administrative service hall is a new administrative service agency.It is guided by the concept of building a service-oriented government,with the core of examination and approval services,through government organization reconstruction,functional integration and process reengineering,relying on advanced technology,a centralized office,which provides integrated services to citizens,legal persons or other organizations.It is composed of windows of various government units or departments with administrative functions.Each window is the most direct service platform for the government and the smallest service unit.It is directly oriented to the service experience of the masses in the lobby.The quality of window service is directly related to the image of the government,as the provincial administrative service hall,is the highest level in the whole administrative service system,and its construction and improvement have important guiding demonstration significance.By sorting out and analyzing the data and operation of the "hall" from 2015 to2018,and combining the questionnaire and research work,this paper summarized the three main problems: low efficiency of handling and examination and approval,poor quality of window service,and lagging development of "Internet + government service".In view of these problems,specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in the aspects of window management,window service optimization,and the promotion of the development of "Internet + government affairs service",which can give better play to the function of "hall" and play a certain role in providing better service for the masses.
