Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Public Security Management Of Ningde Public Security Organs

With the rapid reform and development of social economy,China's society is in the rapid transformation period of modernization,industrialization,urbanization and social and economic system.All kinds of people flow,logistics,capital flow and large-scale skyrocketing information flow also brought more and more public safety management issues.Social contradictions and disharmony factors have become increasingly prominent,social risk has increased dramatically,public safety and sudden,mass incidents increased,these unstable factors are always test the public safety management functions of the public security organs.In the new situation,many public security management agencies gradually from a single management to a diversified service transformation,the public security organs are also moving in the direction of public safety management.However,the public security organs in the new public safety management system construction process from management to service,there are still many bottlenecks difficult to break,public safety management innovation is lagging behind.If public security organs want to solve these problems,and better lay the foundation for public safety management,we need to do something from a new perspective:to establish an advanced public safety management concept,to innovative ways of public safety management in order to more scientific and effective response to various types of public safety management issues.
