The Research On Wisconsin Library Legal System

Promoting the perfection of the legal system of library in our country has great significance for the development of library in our country.Researching library legal system in developed countries is the way to improve the legal system of library in post-developed countries.Therefore,our country should learn the advanced experience of foreign library legislation in order to promote the perfection of the library legal system of our country.This article gives a detailed introduction to the evolution of library legislation in the US state of Wisconsin,its librarianship,the current legal system.It summarizes the content and characteristics of the four stages of the library legislation of Wisconsin and describes the main content of the legal system of the library,specially Legal Protection of Public Library,Board System.The study has perfected the research in the legal system of the state library legal system of US.the public library council system of US,and the legal guarantee of library funds allocation of US.The enlightenment of the Wisconsin libraiy legal system to our country:(1)Improve the legal content and legal system;(2)Establish the public library,council system;(3)Revise the law in time;(4)Pay attention to the educational background of the public library director;(5)To guide public participation.
