Study On People's Livelihood Construction In Beijing In The Early Period Of Liberation(1949-1952)

Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has been a faithful representative of the interests of the Chinese people and regards serving the people wholeheartedly as its sole purpose.With the continuous victory of the War of Liberation,the focus of work of the Communist Party of China has gradually shifted from the countryside to the city,and whether it can smoothly resolve the chaos of urban public security,the dilapidation of infrastructure,the low level of productivity development,and the disorder of financial prices.The great problems of people's livelihood,such as the rapid increase of unemployed population,the backwardness of medical,health,culture and education,and the rapid restoration and development of the social operation system,have become the biggest test faced by the Chinese Communist Party after entering the city.This paper takes Beijing as the research object and takes Beijing as the research object in the early period of liberation.The construction of people's livelihood in Beijing during this period is proved to provide theoretical basis and experience and lessons for the construction of people's livelihood in contemporary times.Under the guidance of Marxist historical materialism and from the perspective of the urban social construction led by the Party in the early days of liberation,this paper applies the research method of combining history and theory,the method of historical comparison and the unification of history and logic.From 1949 to 1952,the construction of Beijing's people's livelihood led by the Communist Party of China(CPC)was comprehensively studied.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part mainly introduces the basis and significance of the topic selection,as well as the current situation of the academic research on the construction of Beijing'speople's livelihood in the early days of liberation,as well as the research methods and innovations of the thesis.The second part analyzes the background of Beijing's livelihood construction from two aspects: the living condition of Beijing in the early period of liberation and the difficulties faced by the construction of the people's livelihood in Beijing.The third part mainly discusses the theoretical basis of Beijing people's livelihood construction.Under the guidance of Marxist classical writers' theory on the construction of people's livelihood,the Communist Party of China has closely combined with the actual situation of our society to create the ideological theory of the construction of people's livelihood suitable for China's national conditions,and to provide guidance for the concrete development of the construction of people's livelihood.The fourth part starts from six aspects: stabilizing social order,rebuilding urban infrastructure,restoring and developing production,stabilizing financial prices,restoring culture,education,medical care and health,and actively promoting social employment.This paper expounds the measures taken in the process of people's livelihood construction in Beijing in the early stage of liberation.The fifth part analyzes and discusses the achievements and experiences of Beijing people's livelihood construction.In terms of achievements,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the early days of liberation,the economy of Beijing was restored and developed,production and life infrastructure began to operate normally,Unemployment is under effective control,and medical,health,cultural and educational undertakings also developed steadily.It solves the difficulties of the general public,facilitates their work and life,and sets a model for the construction of people's livelihood in other cities.As far as experience is concerned,in the early days of liberation,the level of development of productive forces and their backwardness in China,but the construction of people's livelihood is urgent.Under such circumstances,we should adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and give play to the strength of the masses of the people.We will vigorously carry out social production and the construction of people's livelihood,find a balance between the development of people's livelihood and the development of productive forces,and promote common progress in building people's livelihood and developing productive forces,as permitted by the state's financial situation.
