Research On Compilation Of Comprehensive Evaluation Index Of People’s Livelihood In Beijing

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic and social progress has made unprecedented progress and development,but in the comprehensive development of the economy at the same time,a variety of people’s livelihood problems are more and more prominent,such as the wealth of polarization,serious employment situation,social security system is imperfect,Air pollution and other issues to be solved.Since the 18 th Party Congress,from the central to the local,the introduction to the benefit of the people measures,the focus of work is also increasingly transferred to the people’s livelihood.In order to reflect the actual situation of the development and construction of the people’s livelihood in Beijing in recent years,to understand the satisfaction of the people in Beijing for the construction of the people’s livelihood in Beijing,this paper,as the capital of China,has been the focus of the Beijing Municipal Government’s work.Through the compilation of the comprehensive evaluation index of the people’s livelihood in Beijing to reflect the outstanding problems and shortcomings in the development of the people’s livelihood in Beijing,it is conducive to the government to make correct decisions on the direction of improving people’s livelihood and to solve all kinds of livelihood issues Building sound and fast development.In order to reflect the actual situation of the development of the people’s livelihood in Beijing,this paper not only studied the infrastructure construction and development of the people’s livelihood from an objective point of view,but also studied the satisfaction degree of the residents’ The combination of the two to the people’s livelihood in Beijing to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.This paper chooses the data of Beijing in the last ten years,and makes empirical research on five areas: cultural education,health care,residents’ livelihood,traffic situation and living environment.The weight of objective evaluation index of people’s livelihood is calculated by principal component analysis method.The subjective evaluation of the use of the latest Beijing social life index survey of some of the data from the school education,medical institutions,living conditions,traffic travel,social environment,five aspects of empirical research,the use of structural equation model Minsheng subjective evaluation of the weight of indicators,and then measured the people’s livelihood subjective evaluation index score.Finally,the combination of the two to measure the comprehensive evaluation index of the people’s livelihood,combined with the objective evaluation index and the people’s livelihood subjective evaluation index of the results of the development of the people’s livelihood in Beijing comprehensive analysis.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the development of the people’s livelihood in Beijing,it is found that the overall level of comprehensive evaluation index of the people’s livelihood in Beijing is good,and all aspects of the people’s livelihood have made great progress and improvement,but there are still many problems,such as traffic conditions Congestion,social security system is not perfect,the air quality is poor,the employment situation is grim,this article finally for the people’s livelihood development process outstanding problem and short board put forward some countermeasure suggestion.
