Research On Operation Mechanisms Of Smart City Management In Big Data

With the rapid development and deep application of the new generation of information technology,the information technology is brewing great changes and new breakthroughs in the field of urban management.The simple digital city management can not meet the status of social governance and urban governance in the urban development of the transformation and upgrading.The government decision and the public service need be more accurate and intelligent.Position.The impact of large data on social development has become a consensus of all sectors of our society.With the development of information technology and the follow-up of urban data construction,the impact of big data on social governance is becoming more and more obvious.Through mining "data gold" to help social development and decision-making management,the social environment will constantly increase the friendliness and improve the efficiency and scientificity of social governance.The era of big data,with the application of technology such as “Internet plus” and perfection of municipal governance system innovation,function innovation is the wisdom of urban management,on the basis of integrating existing management information resources in the city.As a comprehensive social management data,the intelligent city management platform integrates display center,data center and operation command center to form the "intelligent brain" of municipal governance and social governance.It is of great significance to solve the outstanding problems in current urban management.This paper focuses on the effective operation mechanism of smart urban management in the era of big data,and takes the operation status and effectiveness of smart urban management in Hangzhou city as a case for specific analysis.Firstly,this paper explains the background of the topic selection from the domestic and foreign practice of intelligent urban management and the national development program.This thesis analyzes the significance of this research from both theoretical and practical aspects,and then expounds the necessity of this research,sorts out the relevant domestic and foreign literature,and explains the research methods used in this paper.Secondly,on the basis of literature review,the thesis tries to sort out the general operation mode of intelligent urban management,point out the good social effect brought by intelligent urban management,and the problems to be overcome in the operation of intelligent urban management in China.Thirdly,this thesis takes the operation practice of smart urban management in Hangzhou city as a case,specifically analyzes the operation mechanism of smart urban management in China at present,and analyzes the advantages of smart urban management from three aspects of data management,business disposal and public service of the operation system.Then,this paper analyzes the management structure,coordinated disposal mode and performance evaluation of smart urban management in Hangzhou,which can be used for reference by other cities in the development of smart urban management.Then,this paper analyzes the role of smart urban management in the transformation of urban governance mode.Finally,this paper looks forward to the possibility of big data operation mechanism innovation of intelligent urban management.
