the country by law.Looking back at the difficult exploration of legal construction in the period of the New Democratic Revolution of our Party,this paper systematically combs the historical overview of legal propaganda and education in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,deepens our understanding of the rule of law of the Communist Party,so as to better understand the theory and practice of
