With the aging of the population accelerating,people prefer to pension agencies on the choice of pension mode.More and more people choose to enjoy life in the pension agency,which also leads to the increasing demand for nursing staff of the mechanism.However,the community is more concerned about the physiological and psychological conditions of the elderly in the organization,and then the old-age caregiver has become an easily overlooked group.As a direct care for the daily life of the elderly in the mechanism,high load of work intensity and long work result in the job burnout of nursing staff.In the long term,occupation burnout affects not only the personal physical and mental health of the nursing staff,but also the working condition of the nursing staff,and then further affects the quality of service,which is not conducive to the development of institutions.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of group work intervention in the job burnout of nursing staff,and to improve the job burnout of nursing staff by the way of group work.First of all,through the questionnaire survey,and semi-structured interview research method,26 nursing staff of Nanjing city Y elderly rehabilitation care center received a job burnout survey,in order to understand the current situation of nursing staff of job burnout in Nanjing city Y elderly rehabilitation care center.The investigation found that job burnout on the old-age caregiver in this center is at a moderate level.Further analysis found that the main problems are the lack of work motivation and enthusiasm decline;lack of occupation identity emotion,and more and more negative emotion;lower of job satisfaction,turnover intention is higher and so on,mainly influenced by individual internal factors of nursing staff themselves and the external factors of the work environment.Therefore,based on the previous survey,the study focuses on the selection of six old-age caregivers with more serious job burnout as the research object.Under the guidance of social learning theory and social support theory,the study takes the development group work mode to carry out" Let Your Mind Rest "as the theme of the job burnout support group activity.The main activities include "The Edge to You Here","Emotional Bombing","Bye Pressure King","Self Awareness","We Are Family ","Embrace The Old Child","Hello,Tomorrow" seven theme activities.The group aims to,in the security,trust and acceptance of the group interaction atmosphere,help members achieve self reflection,correctly and objectively understand self cognition and occupation,learn ways and stills to relieve stress and release negative emotions,establish good social support network,and alleviate the occupation burnout to improve work enthusiasm.The results of the evaluation show that the group goals are basically completed,and the group members are relatively satisfied with the process and results of the activities.Finally,the research team from group work method,group work intervention model,group work intervention process,group work intervention effect and social worker role to reflect,from the whole process of practice it can be found that group work has the necessity and feasibility of intervention in the nursing staff occupation burnout,which plays an important role.
