Research On The Administrative Legal Regulation Of Electric Bicycles In China

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization has been accelerating,its scale has been expanding,and its population has continued to grow.This has also led to the development of urban transportation and the diversification of transportation choices.In many cities in China and in quite a few urban areas,electric bicycles are increasingly becoming the main means of transportation for families.However,the increase in the number of electric bicycles has also brought a series of negative effects,making the regulation of electric bicycles more difficult.This paper reviews the development process of China's electric bicycle industry,compares the foreign legislation on electric bicycles,analyzes the current situation of electric bicycle development in China,and puts forward suggestions on the regulation of electric bicycles in China from the perspectives of legislation and administration.The legitimate rights and interests of bicycle stakeholders.
