Study On The Overseas Interests Risk And Protection Of "the Belt And Road" Construction In China

With the constant advancement of China's "The Belt and Road",Initiative the scale of China's overseas interests continues to expand,and overseas interests are more extensively involved,and the importance of overseas interests is increasing.At the same time,China ' s overseas interests are also facing various risks and challenges.Actively prevent various risks that may arise in the fields of trade,investment,and finance,effectively respond to various security threats and challenges such as regional turmoil,political conflicts,terrorism,and transnational crimes,and firmly safeguard China's overseas interests in the “The Belt and Road”initiative.It has become an important issue in the research of the "The Belt and Road initiative".This paper studies the continuously expanding overseas interests of China in the construction of the "The Belt and Road",analyzes the various risks and challenges China's overseas interests may face,and discusses the concepts?policies and measuresof actively guarding against various risks of overseas interests and effectively protecting China's overseas interests.The full text is divided into three chapters,briefly described as follows:The first chapter is the expansion of China's "The Belt and Road" development to overseas interests.It mainly discusses the benefits of China ' s overseas development of "The Belt and Road" development from the three aspects of economic trade,regional cooperation and regional governance.First,the construction of "The Belt and Road" has greatly expanded the space for China's economic and trade development,expanded and deepened China's cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road initiative in various fields such as trade,investment,and production capacity.Second,the "The Belt and Road" construction identified six The pattern of cooperation and development among galleries,six roads,multiple ports,and multiple countries has promoted and deepened economic cooperation between China and Northeast Asia,Southeast Asia,South Asia,and Europe and Asia.Third,the construction of "The Belt and Road" will promote the building of an open,inclusive,Cooperative and win-win regional governance system.China has promoted the reform of the global governance system and the model innovation of the regional governance system by providing various types of “the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration” of public products.It will provide China with full use of the two major domestic and international markets and two types of resources to open up a broad space for economic transformation and innovation.The second chapter is the overseas interest risk in the construction of China's "The Belt and Road." Mainly from the perspectives of economy,security,and geopolitics,we have studied various risks and security challenges that China ' s overseas interests may face.First,the analysis of overseas economic risks in the construction of "The Belt and Road" is mainly reflected in international economic and trade risks,risks in the international investment field,and risks in the international financial system.Second,it analyzes the various existing areas along the "The Belt and Road" development.Security threats and challenges are mainly manifested in international terrorism,regional conflicts and wars,and transnational organized crimes.Third,the geopolitical complex situation faced in the construction of the "The Belt and Road" is discussed.The main manifestations are the geopolitical strategy games of the major foreign countries,and the Fierce competition from big countries and internal and external challenges in regional countries.The third chapter is about the prevention and protection of overseas interest risks in the construction of China's "The Belt and Road".It mainly discusses how to actively prevent overseas interest risks and effectively protect China ' s overseas interests in terms of concepts,policies,and measures.First,it discusses the basicconcepts that should be adhered to in safeguarding China ' s overseas interests,including the establishment of “a more balanced approach to upholding principles and pursuing interests”,implementation of a new security concept,and adherence to the principle of win-win cooperation.Second,it studies the prevention and control and protection mechanisms of China's overseas interests,including The formation of policy communication channels,the establishment of safety precautions and early warning mechanisms and the establishment of safety cooperation mechanisms;Third,put forward important measures to strengthen the protection of overseas interests,including the role of diplomatic and consular protection,improve the protection of law enforcement and strengthen security protection measures.
