Study On The Follow-up Development Of Ex Situ Poverty Alleviation

As an important component of the “five batches”,the ex situ poverty alle viation process can effectively solve the dilemma of one party's water and soil.With the in-depth development of the poverty alleviation and relocation work,“how to do after moving” will gradually become the difficulty and focus of t he relocation work.Relocating the poor is not just a simple location movement.Just like Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized during his visit to Qinghai :”Relo cation to the poor will not only improve the living conditions,but also achiev e sustainable development.” Solving the problem of the follow-up developmen t of poverty alleviation and relocation is the key to the demolition and relocati on work.This paper takes the follow-up development work of the poverty alleviatio n and relocation of B County as the research object,through field research,in terviews,and literature research methods.Starting from the relevant planning an d specific implementation of the follow-up development of the poverty alleviati on and relocation of B County,the use of precision poverty alleviation theory and governance theory analysis and randomly selected four resettlement sites a nd issued questionnaires found that in the follow-up development of the povert y alleviation and relocation of the B-county,there are still problems in the sub sequent development of the industry,the participation of multiple entities in th e “quality and quantity”,the difficulties in the follow-up development,and the difficulty in relocating poor households.Through systematic analysis,the main reasons for the above problems include: understanding the deviation of ideas,i mperfect policy formulation,restricting the status quo of economic development,and weak implementation of financial poverty alleviation.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to improve understand ing,change concepts,improve precise policies,focus on follow-up industry dev elopment,broaden financing channels,increase financial support and other countermeasures,and promote the follow-up development of B-county's poverty alle viation and relocation to be benign,high-quality and sustainable.development of.
