Research On The Follow-up Support Path Of Poverty Alleviation Relocation

The Fifth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward "Prioritize the development of agricultural and rural areas and comprehensively promote rural revitalization." Consolidating the effectiveness of poverty alleviation is the cornerstone of the implementation of rural revitalization,and relocation for poverty alleviation in the new era is the "number one project" in the "five batches" of poverty alleviation.Poverty alleviation and relocation is one of the important ways to help the poor people get rid of poverty.It is conducive to fundamentally solving the problem of poverty alleviation and development of the relocated people,and has made important contributions to winning the fight against poverty and realizing the first centenary goal.At present,our country has completed the task of poverty alleviation in the new era as scheduled.However,shaking off poverty is not the finish line,but the starting point of a new life and new endeavor.Immigrants must not only "move out",but also "be stable" and "be able to get rich".Paying attention to the relocation of poverty alleviation and follow-up support is not only conducive to the follow-up work of relocation,consolidating the results of poverty alleviation,but also conducive to promoting the priority development of agriculture and rural areas and promoting the rural revitalization strategy.Guangxi,as a key region in the battle of poverty alleviation,has a great responsibility to shake off poverty and achieve a well-off society.Based on the sustainable development theory and collaborative governance theory,the article used on-the-spot research,interview method and questionnaire survey to study the D community that was only whole village migration for alleviation poverty in Xincheng County.Xincheng is a former poverty-stricken county designated by the central government.This paper studies the follow-up support policies for relocation.The paper not only examines the implementation effect of the current policies,but also hopes to provide reference for the sustainable development of relocation policies in the future.Studies have shown that after relocation,there are various problems such as the risk of returning to poverty,the low effectiveness of industrial development,the difficulty of ideological poverty alleviation,and the high difficulty of migrants’ social integration work.Further analysis found that in the future,governments,enterprises,migrants and social organizations need to work together to improve the anti-poverty mechanism,increase industrial poverty alleviation,stimulate immigrants’ endogenous motivation,and mobilize social forces to promote the integration of immigrants into society.Through the above efforts,the results of poverty alleviation can be consolidated,the sustainable development of the relocation of D community can be realized,and the rural revitalization can be promoted.
