The Second Part Of The Patrol Reform:Research On The Problem Of Patrol Supervision

Patrol work is called "patrol" at the central and provincial levels,and "patrol" at the municipal and county levels,which are different terms of the same concept.From the central government to the local government,more attention has been paid to the "first half" of the inspection and inspection work.Academic circles have also paid more attention to it,but not enough attention has been paid to the "second half" of the inspection and inspection feedback problem,and little academic research has been done.At present,it is a common problem that the rectification effect of the feedback problem of patrol inspection is not satisfactory,which will affect the authority and seriousness of patrol inspection.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the rectification of the "latter part" of the inspection and inspection,to strengthen the inspection and inspection,and to ensure that both the inspection and the treatment of the symptoms play a role.The research methods used in this paper are literature analysis,empirical research and investigation.The theoretical tool is PDCA Deming cycle theory.The main contents are divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly summarizes the background and research significance of the subject selection of inspection,expounds the research status of inspection work,explains the basic concepts of inspection in detail,and introduces the theoretical tools and research methods.The second chapter mainly elaborates the operation mechanism of S city inspection,and makes a comprehensive analysis from the perspectives of subject and object,main content,working mode and working process of inspection.At the same time,it studies the development of inspection work in S city,and discusses it from four aspects: system formulation,specific work practice,results application and experience summary.Chapter 3 focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the inspection work of S city under the new situation.It makes an in-depth analysis from three aspects: the poor rectification effect of the key and difficult problems of inspection,the inadequate role of both the inspection and inspection specimens,and the inadequate supervision of the application of inspection results.It also analyses the causes of the problems and objectively and truly reproduces the dilemma faced by S city inpromoting the inspection work.And challenges.Chapter IV is based on the problems existing in the inspection work of S city,explores and puts forward targeted rectification measures and suggestions,respectively,from three aspects of strengthening the inspection work,exploring effective accountability means,improving the inspection effect of the application of inspection results,and studies the specific methods to solve the problems.Through the analysis and study of the inspection work in S city,this paper hopes to put forward optimization methods,promote problem solving,promote reform and development,and provide reference and help for the inspection work in the whole province and even the whole country.
