Optimization Study On The Accredited Supervision Of The Discipline Inspection And Supervision In Jiangxi Province

The full implementation of the State Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China and the establishment of the state supervisory committee marked a major stage victory for the reform of the state supervision system as "the most important political system reform since the eighteen major party of the party".As an important part of supervision,stationing supervision has gradually moved from the edge to the center of the stage,which has attracted the attention of Party members and cadres.The two-level supervision and oversight of Jiangxi provinces and cities has been running for nearly a year since its completion in July 2017.The gradual optimization of the stationing supervision system has played an important role in promoting the comprehensive and strict management of the party to develop in depth and constructing an all-round inner-party supervision system.However,the oversight of supervision and oversight as an "institutional innovation" was accompanied by the deepening of the pilot reform of the national monitoring system and the emergence of a "structural" contradiction of "unbalanced supply and demand." Based on this understanding,the article will sort through the historical context of the supervision of assignments and analyze the process of full-coverage reforms in Jiangxi Province.Through typical case studies and comparative studies,and using the SWOT situation analysis,we will check that Jiangxi's disciplinary inspection supervision stationed at the “supply end”.There are many problems such as low efficiency,lagging system construction,single supervision methods,and lack of innovation capability.The research shows that we should draw on the experience measures of inspection supervision,and further optimize the design of the supervision system from the aspects of perfecting the regulation and system,improving the organizational system,realizing the classification reform,building a professional team,perfecting the daily supervision and building a clean culture.This study is of reference value for Jiangxi province to promote the supervision and supervision of County inspection and supervision in the full coverage of the county,and to explore the practice of the county-level supervision committee to the township(street)supervisory and ombudsman system.
