A Practical Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Community Correction Of Juvenile Cybercrime

With the popularization of information technology,the Internet,artificial intelligence and so on began to integrate into our lives.The cybercrime juvenile emerge in endlessly,a new type of crime has emerged with the characteristics of our times.Therefore,this paper in allusion to the cybercrime juvenile has a specific research and analysis on.On the basis of the current research on Youth community correction,this paper conducts a further study on cybercrime juvenile and discusses how to better solve the current problems.Choose the judicial offices of H and the Q as the research object,It focus on the form of case work and the intervention process,comprehensive and in-depth analysis the effect of case work practice for cybercrime of youth community correction,through the studies,summarize and reflect on the cybercrime problems of youth community correction,and case work in the youth community correction Suggestions,hope to provide some practical reference for youth community correction.Community correction is an effective method to help teenagers to receive education,rebuild and return to society,and as one of the three major methods of social work,case work provides specialized,individualized and targeted support and services for service objects,it fits in well with the characteristics of cybercrime juvenile,such as professionalism,intelligence,concealment and wide range,therefore,this study adopts the case work method to carry out community correction for the teenagers who commit cybercrime.First of all,through satya's family therapy model,it helps teenagers to improve their views on family and their cognition of family roles;Secondly,on the basis of the theory of advantage perspective and the theory of re-socialization,help teenagers to explore their own potential,establish correct views on Internet and making friends,and strengthen their legal awareness;Finally,through the efforts of social workers and the service object,the goal of helping others and helping themselves can be achieved while helping the service object solve problems.The research methods are mainly qualitative research,including literature review,interview and case analysis.By conducting in-depth interviews with the service objects and observed the characteristics and behavior patterns to exploring the real causes of the subject problem.Finally through solving the problem to help teenagers get reform at the same time,the smooth return to society,establish a better and healthy social system.
