Community correction is an important system to improve the execution of penalty and promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Community correction originated from the Anglo-American legal system countries and prevailed in the world at the end of the 20 th century.In order to adapt to the requirement of social development in our country,change the structure and the applicable penalty in China focus on the jail terms of situation of deprived of their liberty,to fully embody the superiority of the socialist system and the progress of human civilization,in July 2003,the two projects jointly issued "notice about carrying out community correction pilot work,from then on began to explore and create the curtain of the community correction system with Chinese characteristics.Community correction originated from parole,sheng in probation,mature in the community service sentence.Relying on the community to carry out the execution and correction work,without deprivation of freedom,community correction is conducive to the criminals to retain their jobs,school records and family life,reduce costs,improve the correction effect,and avoid the prison brand and cross-infection.China has always attached great importance to the prevention and treatment of juvenile delinquency,because the general mental performance is not sophisticated,but also because of external factors and easy to lead to crime is basically minors,the development of minors is related to the fate of the country.Consideration of the particularity of the minor this in our country,to have crime minors special such non-confinement penalty activities such as community correction,and not only in the judicial and legislative normal plan at the same time,also calls for the family and school and society to make a comprehensive education and prevention at the same time also in theory research and support are of the utmost importance.In particular,it plays an irreplaceable role in the prevention and re-crime of juvenile delinquency,which is conducive to the re-socialization of juvenile delinquents and lays the foundation for their smooth return to society.The author mainly use the method of group work,step in as a social worker to N county S community correction work,make each team members can realize their own value and the meaning of existence,help them set up the correct outlook on life,values,world view,let the team members aware of their behavior under the environment of the current law is not allowed,also want to let it realized not committed a crime should beeliminated by the society,but it should be through their own efforts,improve self-confidence,changing society and the public's own view,in order to obtain the public's respect and recognition.Through some group activities,I helped the team members to explore their own advantages and avoid the recurrence of criminal behavior.At the same time,I helped the team members to learn some social skills,so that they could enter the society smoothly and normally after the completion of social correction.
