From Gramsism To Neo-Grachangism: The Evolution Of Ideological Leadership And Its Enlightenment

The ideological leadership has always been a hot issue in contemporary academic research,it is also a solid spiritual and cultural support for safeguarding national stability and the ruling status of the rulers.Gramsci and Laclau?Murphy critically inherited the ideological ideology of Marx,combined with the changes of the times and the reality of the country,described their own leadership ideas respectively meanwhile.As the leader of the Italian Communist Party,Gramsci put forward the following revolutionary road in the rethinking of the failure of the proletarian revolution in Western Europe:seizing the ideological leadership firstly,and then capturing power.Laclau?Murphy proposed the discursive hegemony based on the succession of Gramsci thought.they deconstructed the traditional Marxist class concept,trying to achieve the goal of socialism by using multiple radical democratic strategy.Studying the evolution of this thought not only to grasp the ideology theory clearly,but also to percept the relationship among the theory and the times and social changes in comparison,it has a vital significance to strengthen the construction of socialist ideology in our country at the same time.Based on this,the paper discusses the transmutation of ideological leadership by combining the changes of historical background from three aspects:practice subject,practice strategy and practice goal,points out that in the main changes of social change,Gramsci regards the single proletariat as the subject under the framework of Marxist class analysis,but Laclau and Mouffe jumped out of this frame,it advocates heterogeneous social subjects which are influenced by the plural ideology of Althusser,evolution of ideology leadership from Gramsci to Laclau?Murphy through the three aspects of practice subject,practice strategy and practice goal,and points out that in the framework of Marxist class analysis,represented the new Gramscan doctrine.In the practice stratege,Gramsci puts forward to use the organic intellectuals to carry out positional warfare,which in the civil society to win the ideological leadership;Laclau?Murphy put forward a multi-radical way of democracy,through the discourse to build a "new leadership Right "theory.Gramsci is aimed at overthrowing the bourgeoisie and establishing the proletarian regime.Laclau?Murphy try to transform socialism with capitalist democracy and peace in order to realize the reconstruction of socialism ideal.The study of the ideology of Western Marxist ideology aims to inspire and draw on the construction of socialist ideology in our country at present.Therefore,this paper analyzes the realistic enlightenments to our country's socialist ideology construction through transmutation which comes from Gramsci to Laclau?Murphy in the last part:Firstly,ideological leadership should be based on multiple social subject's identity to ideology secondly,the consolidation of socialist ideology should take the democracy as the basic method,thirdly,enhancing legality of ideology is the basis of consolidating political power of socialism.
