Research On Leadership Theory Of Laclau And Murphy

Laclau and Mouffe's leadership theory played an important role in the differentiation and evolution of Marxism in the 20 th century.They completed the transition from structuralist Marxism to Gramscianism and then to post-Marxism.They tried to put pluralistic identity and radical democracy into the discourse framework to form the theory of leadership.It provides a new research perspective for Marxist theory.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main content of this paper is divided into three parts to study Laclau and Mouffe's leadership theory.The first part is the background and origin of Laclau and Mouffe's leadership theory.The second part discusses the main contents of Laclau and Mouffe's leadership theory,including discourse link mechanism,leadership and socialist strategy.Laclau and Mouffe's philosophical theory is a reflection on the contemporary nature of traditional Marxism.They try to put the theoretical connotation of traditional Marxism in the context of discourse,so as to realize a new understanding of society.The third part mainly discusses the contribution and limitation of Laclau and Mouffe's leadership theory.Laclau and Mouffe re-thought marxist theory through double dimensions,broke through the structuralism framework represented by Althusser,and proposed discourse leadership,which is worthy of affirmation.But its theory also has the misreading to the Marxism basic viewpoint.
