As the staff of national government organs,the attitude of civil servants in their work directly affects the efficiency of the government and the credibility of the masses.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "Education is the prosperity of the country,and education is the strength of the country." The Bureau of Education is an important government department in the country.It is responsible for the supervision and management of teachers,students,and the vigorous development of education.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the incentive program for civil servants of the Education Bureau and improve their enthusiasm,integrity,law enforcement and diligence for the people.However,during the work of the civil servants of the Education Bureau of City A,there have been a series of incentive problems such as incomplete assessment system,imperfect training system,"single" remuneration and benefits,unreasonable promotion system,incomplete retirement management and serious corruption.If the supervision of the civil servants of the Education Bureau is improper,it will directly reduce the efficiency of the civil servants of Education Bureau of City A and even affect the image of Education Bureau of City A in the hearts of all teachers and students.Therefore,it is necessary to use the relevant incentive theory and combine the current Municipal situation of Education Bureau of City A to promote the comprehensive quality and overall efficiency of the civil servants of the Education Bureau and attract more outstanding talents to join the education industry.This paper investigates the motivation status of the Education Bureau of City A through literature reading,questionnaire survey,and in-depth interviews,and analyzes the reasons for the problems,including the incomplete understanding of culture,the irrationality of personnel,the lack of "ethnic diversity" in incentives,the inadequate preparation of ranks,and the incomplete supervision and management,etc,and puts forward improvement plans based on the theory of incentives,including measures to encourage innovation,encouraging "diversity" among talents,enriching the assessment system,strengthening the innovation of training and improving remuneration and welfare,improving the promotion system,improving retirement management system and strengthening supervision.We hope to establish a professional team who are high-quality,diligent and people-oriented and comprehensive professionals of education bureau.
