A Research Of Characteristics,Motivation And Optimization Of Local Trade Unions’ Participation In Social Governance

The trade union has always been the focus of the academic circle.A sound organization,large scale,and strong social influence endow the trade union with unique advantages.It has the function of connecting the party and the masses.It can use the administrative authority of the party and government departments to carry out its work.Provide channels to upload demands to the central system of party and government decision-making.It can also balance the interests of different groups and become a buffer zone for conflicts between party and government departments and employees.It can effectively integrate public and social resources in social governance,stimulate social vitality,and respond effectively.The importance of governance failure dilemma in social governance is self-evident.This paper collects 51 cases of local trade unions participating in social governance in the CNKI database to form a case database,and conducts a quantitative analysis of the case texts and use the ROST Content Mining System to extract high-frequency words from the four dimensions of governance subject and object,field,theme,and means to describe the way local trade unions participate in social governance,and participate in local trade unions under the seven-element framework of multi-case text research Analysis and research on social governance found that when local trade unions participate in social governance,the content focuses on safeguarding the rights and interests of employees,the method is to consolidate the grassroots,build platforms and group linkages;in terms of effectiveness,local trade unions improve the social governance system and form a model in practice The learning effect will continue the governance effect.In terms of the motivation for local trade unions to participate in social governance,active exploration and a sense of mission are the internal driving forces for local trade unions to participate in social governance,and the opening of the era of national governance is the external impetus for local trade unions to participate in social governance.Finally,explore the "spinning" strategy of local trade unions participating in social governance: implement the identity of the group organization to consolidate the mass foundation and "revolution" strategy: cultivate and guide to deepen the degree of coordination in social governance.This article supplements the existing qualitative research,provides an optimized path reference for trade unions to participate in social governance,and expands the possible space for local trade unions to participate in social governance.
