Research On Xi Jinping’s Global Governance Concept

With the further development of globalization and the emergence of global crises,the old global governance mechanisms constructed by Western powers and the old global governance concepts pursued are increasingly out of date.Especially after the international financial crisis in 2008,with the counter-current of s"anti-globalization"and"reverse globalization"in the US and European countries,the economic development of developed countries has been stagnant slowly,a lot of domestic contradictions have appeared,and their willingness and motivation to provide global public goods gradually weakend.,thus led to a serious public goods supply deficit on a global scale.And as global risks and issues become increasingly complex,a single country alone doesn’t have the capacity to provide sufficient funding and technology to address global development,ecological and international secturity issues.In short,the current world is confronted with the severe challenges of the peace deficit,the development deficit,the governance deficit,and the trust deficit,and global governance is in a state of"failure".On the other hand,in recent years,with the rapid development of"emerging market countries"and "developing countries" and their increasing influence in the whole world,the pursuit of establishing new global governance mechanisms and the eagerness of fairness and justice in the whole world have become the common interests of most countries.In particular,with the rising economic strength and comprehensive national strength of socialist China,in order to achieve the"two hundred years" goal and realize the"Chinese Dream"of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and promote the global governance mechanisms become more and more just,rational and democracy,As well as create more and more favorable conditions for Chinese development and world peace,China has gradually become an important participant in global governance and one of the most important contributors to global public goods.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed "To promote the innovation and development of global governance concepts,China should actively explore the positive ways of life and governance in Chinese traditional culture,which resonate with the current era,and continue to enrich the idea of A community with shard future for mankind,and promote Chinese global governance of Extensive Consultation Joint Contribution And Shared Benefits.On different occasions,Xi expounded the backgrounds,main contents,value objectives and construction paths proposed by China’s global governance concept,and dedicated Chinese wisdom and Chinese power to promote the development of international relations to democratization,legalization and rationalization.But at the same time,under the constraints of the current Dollar Hegemony and the systemic accumulation system of the American world capitalism,and the misinterpretation and misunderstanding of China’s global governance concepts by Western political circles,how to enhance China’s world discourse power in global governance,promote profound changes in the global governance system and so on,which has become a hot,important and difficult issue for domestic academic research.This paper mainly is divided into six parts.The first chapter describes the backgrounds and reasons of the rise of global governance,the concept of global governance and the historical evolution of global governance concepts.The second chapter studies the reasons and backgrounds of Xi Jinping’s global governance concept.The third chapter analyzes the theoretical origins of Xi Jinping’s global governance concept,including the Chinese traditional excellent cultural genes and the Marx’s Wor-ld History Theory and the idea of Community of Freeman.The fourth chapter expounds the main content of Xi Jinping’s global governance concept,including the core essence of Extensive Consultation,Joint Contribution And Shared Benefits,the bright vision of A community with shard future for mankind,the concrete manifestation of Xi Jinping’s global governance concept lin five,major fields,arnd the basic principles followed by Xi Jinping’s global governance concept;the fifth chapter mainly make a comparative analysisis between Xi Jinping’s global governance concept,whose core is Extensive Consultation,Joint Contribution And Shared Benefits,and the neo-liberal global governance concept promoted and represented by the United States.The sixth chapter expounds the practical challenges faced by Xi Jinping’s global governance concept,then considers how to enhance China’s world discourse power in global governance,and contribute China forces and Chinese wisdom to promote the emergence of a global governance system to have a big change.
