Study On The Management Of Network Public Opinion From The Perspective Of Good Governance

With the continuous development and popularization of Internet technology in China,the Internet public opinion environment gradually presents its characteristics of diversification and complexity.Internet public opinion is emerging.How to manage Internet public opinion has become an important topic of social management.However,many local governments at present stay in the management and control level of network public opinion,and the effect of managing network public opinion is not a cure.This paper studies the management of network public opinion from the perspective of good governance,and tries to explore the better scheme of network public opinion governance.Taking F City as an example,through the questionnaire survey of public opinion on the network status and users perception,summed up the problems existing in the coordination and political quality and professional level,personnel fatigue and loss of talents,network public opinion monitoring accuracy,network public opinion research to analysis and other aspects of F City management network public opinion?and from the personnel,training,incentive mechanism,technical bottlenecks and working mechanism analysis of the causes of the problems,and puts forward some strategies and suggestions.Put forward from the organization construction,cross sectoral collaborative work mechanism,talent team construction,governance evaluation system and other aspects of the top-level design and system construction?we should start from the network of public opinion monitoring,assessment,analysis,disposal and respond to other sectors,the establishment of scientific system,effectively enhance the management ability of network public opinion.
