The housing accumulation fund has been established during the 1980s and 1990s with the promotion of the housing distribution monetization system.The fund is jointly deposited by the employer and the employee.The fund is employee’s personal long-term housing reserve,which guarantees the purchasing power of the real estate.Also,the fund has played an important role in the stabilizing of housing market and the improvement of the urbanization.The housing accumulation fund system has undergone several reforms,standardized the responsibilities,the collection,the use,the supervision and inspection of housing accumulation fund.The reforms also ensured the rapid and sound development of housing accumulation fund.Now the housing accumulation fund has been an important part of the social security system.In recent years,the real estate market has continued to prosper,and the use of housing accumulation funds has rapidly increased,which has caused a lot of risks of housing accumulation fund management.How to proceed from the housing accumulation fund management practice and market development trends and improve the risk prevention and control system for housing accumulation funds is an important issue related to the long-term scientific development of housing accumulation funds.This article takes Fuzhou city housing provident fund management center as the research object,based on risk management theory,using literature research and investigation,research and analysis methods,analyzes the current situation of housing accumulation fund risk management in Fuzhou city.Research shows that there are liquidity risks,market risks,credit risks,policy risks and information risks in the housing accumulation fund management in Fuzhou City.Finally,the paper proposes that strengthening the risk prevention and control of housing provident fund should be adjusted from the housing accumulation fund deposit policy,the use of policy,borrowing liquidity from the outside,improve the system of mortgage collateral disposal,improve the housing consumer insurance system,establish and improve the personal credit system,optimize the system node control,Strengthen the construction of a talent team,speed up the data sharing linkage and other aspects of a sound management system.
