Research On Urban Management Of Zhangjiakou City,Capital Of Jin-cha-ji Border Region

From August 27,1945 to October 10,1946,Zhangjiakou was the capital of Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei Liberated Area and the municipality directly under the Central Bureau of Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei of the Communist Party of China.It became the first provincial capital city of the liberation of the Eighth Route Army of Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.After liberation,the Communist Party of China took over and rectified Zhangjiakou in an all-round way.This paper tries to find out the organic related materials from the relatively scattered and small historical materials for sorting out,and makes a certain analysis of the thoughts and ideas of the Communist Party of China on urban construction in this period.The Post-liberation construction of Zhangjiakou City is all-round,including political,economic,cultural,military,educational and urban construction.This paper makes a detailed analysis of urban construction.From the original significance of the topic and the review of academic history,to the liberation of Zhangjiakou,to the takeover and consolidation of the city,to a series of measures to consolidate the market economy,the most important is the process of urban construction and medical and health construction,and finally the thinking of construction.The experience is the mass theory of the Chinese Communist Party's people first,which runs through the full text,while the thinking part focuses on the deficiencies in the process of construction.This paper holds that Zhangjiakou's urban construction,as the first transformed provincial capital city,is of historic significance.From the initial point of view of the Communist Party of China,they vowed to thoroughly transform and construct the city,whether in terms of policy,implementation details,or experience,which provided ideas and methods for urban construction after the founding of New China,and also for today's cities.Construction provides experience and lessons.Therefore,this paper has historical and practical significance.
