An Empirical Study On The Factors Affecting The Housing Security Of Farmers In Cities Under The Background Of Urbanization

The development of agricultural modernization and urbanization has promoted the process of urbanization of agricultural population in our country.By the end of 2016,the urbanization rate in 13 provinces had exceeded the national average(57.35 percent),with 10 provinces exceeding 60 percent.A few days ago,the Hebei Provincial people's Government issued "the main points of Urban and Rural Planning of the Province in 2018" clearly put forward that in 2018,13 million people should be settled in cities,and the process of popularizing the agricultural population should be accelerated.From a national perspective,our people Mouth flow is highly active,with an estimated 200 million people moving from rural to urban areas in 2016-2030.The peasant population migrates to the town in large quantities,but cannot integrate into the city smoothly,the housing problem is one of the most important influencing factors.Therefore,the housing security of peasants in cities is the core problem that needs to be solved in the process of new urbanization.Based on the housing security system,guided by the housing filtering theory and the scene theory,combined with the background of the rapid development of urbanization and the characteristics of the development of the peasants themselves,this paper explains the farmers in cities from the perspective of social security,respectively.The meaning of urbanization and housing security,through the relevant literature research and combing,from the individual factors,Government factors and market factors create a conceptual model of housing security for urban farmers under the background of urbanization.This paper investigates the relevant data of the influencing factors of the housing security of the peasants in cities by means of questionnaire,and analyzes the correlation between the data and the degree of the influence of the influencing factors on the housing security by using the SPSS19.0 software.Based on the conclusions of the study,the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the housing security of peasants in cities.The research results show that the housing security of peasants in cities should be started from three aspects: individual,government and market.Personal security includes raising the levelof personal income,changing the concept of housing,timely understanding of housing policies;the government security includes increasing the construction and investment of indemnificatory apartment To improve indemnificatory apartment's application conditions and improve the monetary subsidy policy;market security includes increasing wages for employment units and appropriately lowering the prices of commercial housing.To solve the housing problem of peasants in cities,we should take the self-security as the foundation,the government guarantee as the foundation,and the market security as the assistant.The three are indispensable and complement each other.Only in this way can we solve the housing security problem of peasants in cities and promote the process of urbanization and the construction of a harmonious society.The innovation of this study lies in:(1)the research object is new,the author takes the peasants in cities as the main research object.Farmers in cities are a new group under the background of urbanization development,there is no specific housing and other rights and interests of the relevant system provisions;(2)New research perspective,this paper mainly based on housing filtering theory and scenario theory,Special research on the housing security of farmers in cities to make up for the lack of relevant research;(3)the construction of a model of factors affecting the housing security of farmers in cities to provide a reference for the in-depth study of housing security for farmers in cities.
