Analysis Of Behavior Choice And Realization Path Of Farmers' Citizenization

China's peasants citizenization problem was one of the most important problems during the fast industrialization and urbanization of China.As the result of the tech-improve impact,the productivity of the agriculture has improved greatly,the surplus labor appears in the agriculture,the Lewis dual economy model and other flowing people theories began to suit in explaining the floating people problem in China's economy to some extend.After the Reform and Opening-up policy,under the pull of the city and the push of the country,the surplus labor began to move from country to city,from agriculture sector to the second and third sectors.The peasants face many problems during the move,inhabitant,transform,that is the peasant workers citizenization problem.Another peasants citizenization problem is formed by drawing back of the farmland right,that is the native citizenization problem.Peasants face both cost and profit during the process of citizenization,face the constraint condition which is consist of both institution barrier and non-institution barrier,the choice behavior must aim the maximum utility under the constraint conditions,that is to say they are under the assumption of rational human being.This paper analysis the institution factors(including if citizenship or not,farmland,social security)and the non-institution factors(including human resources,phycology,cost).Wether it be native citizenization,non-native citizenization or being citizenization,be citizenizationed,they seldom overcome all the six barriers that list above,they all show the character of to be citizenship.This paper use the choice behavior model to analysis the different type of cases about the peasants citizenization,and find out the exact contract conditions from these cases.After having analyzed the barriers of peasants citizenization,this paper construct the motive force factors which consists of reform of institution,tech-improve,better strategy for development.By paper-reading,case-study,mac-data analysis,this paper sums up the better path of the peasant citizenization,then draw it out.At last,this paper concludes that county citizenization is the important direction for the new urbanization,the government should give the counties more support for their development,should reasonably adjust the space for the citizenization of the peasants.By doing so,China will achieve the aim of citizenization of the peasants workers with less cost and more efficiency.And put forward the citizenization of the peasants workers more standardized and ordered.
