Studies On The Present Situation And The Path Of Suburban Landless Peasants' Citizenization

Because our country's industrialization prior to the development of urbanization,this causes by a not harmonious situation----the industrialization and urbanization that exist two length of legs are limp forward in the development of our society today.Land-losing farmers at the same time also brought this was supposed to belong to the normal phenomenon of social development into the problem of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” and then about a huge social problems of the development of the peasants.The main reason why land-lost farmers caused serious social problems were its identity transformation appeared many theirselves problems such as the characters,culture shock,social interaction disorder,etc.But also for scholars to see such social problems as the social system is not sound,lack of the community responsibility,the social exclusion of the citizens and so on in this background.Under the influence of many factors,citizenization of landless peasants can smooth realization about the success or failure of the urbanization development in our country,and the key to social progress.Guizhou as a severely underdeveloped,underdeveloped regions,started its urbanization lags far behind the eastern coatal area,the central plains and the western economic developed provinces.From this studying the status quo of the citizenization of land-lost farmers in the suburbs of Guiyang,the capital of Guizhou province,is to understand the degree of urbanization and propulsion of urbanization in Guizhou have certain reference significance.This study through questionnaire design in five dimensions of working conditions,living conditions,communication,power conditions and psychological status for a field investigation of farmers' market degree in the suburbs of Guiyang city was discovered,there are self assessment is not high,lack of skill for sustainable development,life no guarantee,and low level of urbanization phenomenon worthy of attention in the process of citizenization of land-lost farmers in Y township of Guiyang city suburb.Therefore,the author is in the research of feasible path exploration and countermeasures wants to propose the macro and microcosmic countermeasures from the five angles of the path:the path of life,the path of communication,the right path and the mental path.I hope that this writer from the four approaches of government,society,community and individual can be specific to the problems that exist in the process of the farmers in the suburb of Guiyang city.From this not only can solve the the difficulties faced by lost—farmers in the rural areas of Guiyang city,also can to Guiyang city and even the whole Guizhou province in advancing the process of urbanization of land-lost farmers to provide practical can be drawn lessons from the guiding ideology and method.
