Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Unified Registration Of Urban Individual Real Estate In Chaoyang District,Beijing

In 2007,China officially promulgated the "Property Law of the People's Republic of China",which clearly stated: "The state implements a unified registration system for real estate." This is the first time that China has explicitly proposed the concept of unified registration of real estate from the law.As the district with the highest work pressure and the highest business acceptance,Chaoyang District has undertaken about 30% of the registration business in Beijing.The Chaoyang District Real Estate Registration Center provided a good foundation for the unified registration of real estate in Chaoyang District.At the same time,the urban personal historical land registration work in Chaoyang District is not fully carried out.There are a series of problems in the unified registration of urban individual real estate in Chaoyang District.Based on the unified registration status of individual real estate in Chaoyang District,the research is about the status of unified registration of individual real estate in Chaoyang District,including personnel and training,publicity,information system construction,business process and historical issuance.At the same time,carry out further analysis on the above status quo and data,and find out the problems behind it.By comparing the experience of other regions,we finally propose corresponding solutions from various angles,in order to promote the smooth development of the unified registration of urban real estate under the principle of integration of real estate in Chaoyang District,and promote the process of unified registration of real estate.
