Research On Solutions To The Problems Of Social Equity And Justice In China

Fairness and justice,as the value criterion for regulating human and social relations,pay attention to reasonable and impartial handling of things.From the perspective of historical materialism,fairness and justice are historical,concrete and relative,and the meaning of fairness and justice is not the same under different historical periods and different social backgrounds.Therefore,in order to accurately grasp fairness and justice at present,it is necessary to make a concrete analysis in the light of the actual situation in China,from the economic,political,social and ecological aspects.With the deepening of the reform and opening up process,China has grown into the world’s second largest economy,and people’s lives have improved significantly.However,inequality and justice still exist in society.In this particular historical period,the question of social equity and justice includes economic,political,social and ecological problems:in the economic field,there are problems such as unfair income distribution and lack of fair market competition;In the political field,there are problems such as the lack of openness in government affairs,the lack of people’s right to participation,supervision,the lack of the right to know,and the improper political atmosphere.In the social field,there are problems such as unequal access to education,incomplete reform of the health care system,and peopled lack of security of housing rights.In the ecological field,there is an inequality between the right to use natural resources and the sharing of responsibilities.Therefore,to solve these unfair problems,it is necessary to improve the income distributionsystem,strengthen fair supervision and promote fair market competition.Atthepolitical level,we will comprehensively and thoroughly promote the rule of law and strict governance of the Party,strengthen the construction of an independent Party,promote the openness of government affairs,and strengthen the construction of democracy.We will improve institutional reform and enhance people’s well-being at the social level;Improve the ecological environmental protection system and supervision system at the ecological level,and then achieve social fairness and justice,and promote the pace of social development.
