China has established a series of military security and management systems,which stipulate how to recruit soldiers,their management and preferential treatment.However,in the whole system of the conscripts discharged from active service related management system is not perfect,this is due to retire conscripts without job security of the country,they rely on very little about the government,not like other gathers or if it meets the requirements of urban resettlement conscripts as national security work,directly affect the entire recruitment work.As the research object,the writer is to use the method of case in the social work intervention,through the deep understanding of the case,the whole analysis of veterans of the career development problems,meet view,to the point,through analyzing problems existing in the individual career development,to find real veterans problems existing in the professional development,and put forward the targeted countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to promote the career development of our country's veterans.This paper adopts the research idea of elaborating the problem--analyzing the problem--solving the problem.First of all,this paper elaborates the relevant theories,and elaborates the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods,domestic and foreign research review,etc.of this paper to provide the basis and premise for the follow-up research of this paper.This paper analyzes the concept of ex-servicemen,the management system of ex-servicemen in China,the status quo of ex-servicemen's career development,and the theory of case intervention,which provides theoretical basis and conditions for the analysis of this paper.In case study,by selecting a specific veterans,by using the method of case intervention through talks,visit,guidance,job analysis,introduces methods of work,guide the veterans in the direction of the career development normal step by step to go forward,crack problems in professional development,solve the problems existing in the professional development,through the study found that retired soldiers for retired soldiers,including a summary on the universality of the problems existing in the professional development and to solve these problems,from the training in advance,not the employment security system establishment and the social environment,puts forward some countermeasures to improve the real crack retired soldiers the systematic obstacles of the career development.
