The Public Security Organizations play a significant role in handling the mass and social problems.Therefore,in terms of the responsibility of the Public Security Organization,it should put more emphasis on how to avoid mass incidents and how to proper tackle these problems,which are the necessary requirements and directions of constructing a harmonious society.However,the current mass incidents show an increasing trend because of the environmental problems.Therefore,this thesis exploring gains and losses that public security authorities investigate the influence of environmental group incidents which is based on Shuangyashan city.First of all,this thesis introduces the importance of the research,and also points out research methods;Second,it explores concepts and characters of the mass incidents from a theoretical point of view.Third,combining the theoretical guidance with the practice of Shuangyashan city disposal environmental group incidents,it summarizes the current status of the environmental group incidents.All in all,this research analyzes roles of the public security organizations in disposing environment group incidents,in addition,it also approves feasible approaches which are adopted by the Public Security Organizations in tackling the environmental group incidents.However,it also points out some problems existing in the process of dealing with these incidents.In order to solve these problems,it provides some suggestions on how to proper tackle the environmental group incidents:making some particular regulations,improving warning information systems,refining detailed procedures,establishing rehabilitation mechanism,and improving the organization’s management.
