China's administrative service center has gradually explored construction since the beginning of this century,and it is a brand-new administrative service organization developed by the local government from the bottom up.It can be said that it is a brand-new administrative operation mode ad a step toward a service-oriented government.Breakthrough.So far,a number of municipal and county governments have set up administrative service centers.In the process of gradually improving the socialist market economic system in China,the corresponding management system has been further deepened.The Administrative Service Center has played a positive role in reshaping the image of the government,implementing the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,building a government under the rule of law,promoting government disclosure,and improving the efficiency of government departments.On behalf of government departments,centralized management of some public services and administrative examination and approval services has been widely recognized by the public and society.This thesis consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part Defines the concept of administrative examination and approval and administrative service center,the new public service theory.The connotation and application in this paper;the third part puts forward the problems existing in the D County Administrative Service Center;the fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems in the D County Administrative Service Center;the fifth part combines the new public on the basis of the field investigation.The service theory proposes corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the D County Administrative Service Center;the sixth part is the conclusion.The Administrative Service Center is the product of building a service-oriented government.As a new type of service-oriented administrative organization,it is characterized by centralized office and advanced service methods,providing efficient and convenient integrated services for enterprises and the masses.This thesis uses the new public service theory as the research basis,and uses the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method.The actual investigation of the DCounty Administrative Service Center,through the analysis of relevant information and Data,using the analytical framework of the new public service theory to find out the shortcomings in its supply,and ask questions.The detailed analysis of the causes of problems in the D County Administrative Service Center is mainly from providing legal and legal protection for the D County Administrative Service Center,strengthening the public service awareness of the staff,rationalizing the administrative system of the administrative service center,and improving the public participation mechanism.Analyze the aspects.The ownside is that the interview questions have yet to be improved and will be improved in future research.
